Our rates are for double occupancy. There is an increase of $20.00 per person per night, depending on the season,with the exception that a maximum of two children under 12 stay free
~Keep in mind, that for the advanced surfer, some of the best surf AND rates are during the green season!!~Take advantage and get stoked!!!
~Please inquire about discounted rates when renting all four bungalows for family gatherings or retreats. We may also discount for any stay 7 nights or more!

Policies

Deposit:
Full Payment
Reservation will be considered tentative and held for 3 days. Your reservation is confirmed with receipt of funds deposited in bank otherwise the reservation will be released after the 3rd day.

Cancellation Policy:
Low and High Season:
The Payment less a 30% administrative fees is refundable with written request notice 30 days or more prior to arrival. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals*.

Peak Season:
Reservations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 15 to Jan 15th must be canceled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. These bookings are Non Refundable

* In the event of of illness or death in the family, a credit will be issued for early departure...in order to receive a credit for a a deposit , a note must be provided by a doctor/ health official, stating reason for inability to travel.

* Management will consider other circumstances on a case by case basis.
